1929
The Long‑Lewis Hardware Co. building was constructed in Birmingham, serving as a distribution centre for industrial hardware.
2017
Cornerstone Revitalization Group purchased the historic building for redevelopment. Hardware Park is formed.
2022
Dr. Mark Conner was hired as the Executive Director of Hardware Park.
2023
Hardware Park refines its mission to focus explicitly on physical device development and medical technology startups.
2025
Hardware Park works with Grandview Medical Center to pilot the Clinical Voice mobile application.
