Hardware Park does not sell, rent, share, or give away personal data.  We respect the privacy of all clinicians, founders, students, partners, and site visitors.

  1. Information We Collect and Information You Provide

The information you provide includes:

  • Contact form submissions
  • Program and intake submissions
  • Device or company concept submissions
  • Newsletter sign-ups

All device and company submissions are treated as confidential and used only for evaluation or communication related to Hardware Park programs.

Website Analytics

We use the following tools to understand website activity and improve site performance:

  • HubSpot CRM
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • Meta Pixel

These collect general usage and interaction data.  Analytics data is never combined with the content of confidential device or company submissions.

  1. Newsletter and Email Communications

If you sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional email updates from Hardware Park.  The emails may include:

  • Program updates
  • Event information
  • Opportunities for clinicians, founders, and students
  • General news related to Hardware Park’s work

Newsletters are sent through HubSpot.  You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We do not sell, rent, share, or give away newsletter email lists with third parties.

  • Communicate with you when requested
  • Evaluate submissions for program engagement
  • Improve website performance
  • Measure outreach effectiveness
  • Send newsletters if you opted in
  • Maintain accurate contact records inside HubSpot
  1. Confidentiality of Device and Company Submissions

All medical device concepts and company information submitted through the website or intake system remain confidential.  All internal discussions regarding submissions that include Hardware Park’s staff, Board of Directors, and development partners are protected by Non-Disclosure Agreements.  We do not disclose these submissions outside of internal discussions without the submitter’s permission. 

  1. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or give away personal data.  Limited exceptions include:

  • Service providers used to operate the website or CRM
  • Required disclosures under applicable law

Service providers are allowed to use information only for operational purposes.

  1. Cookies

HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel may use cookies to improve the website and measure engagement.  You can control cookies through your browser settings.

  1. Data Security

We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and confidential submissions.

  1. Children

This site is not intended for children under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect information from children.  If collected data is discovered to be from an individual under the age of 13, it will be deleted immediately.

  1. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally.  Updates take effect once posted.
